I have lived in Leigh for over forty years. Before retiring I worked for various organisations, many based in London, and have a real understanding of the issues and concerns of the many city workers and commuters who live in Leigh.

With grown up children and young grandchildren living in the area, like most parents today I am very concerned about the future prospects for the younger generation, and recognise the importance of policies that provide affordable quality housing and decent education for everyone.
