Role: Trainee Organiser
Location: Southend, with some travel to Castle Point
Working hours: part-time, 3.5 days per week
Salary: £17,217.41 (gross) per annum plus a fixed sum allowance of £742 (gross)
Duration: 12 month fixed term contract
The Labour Party is seeking to recruit a Trainee Campaign Organiser who will help deliver Labour election victories across the country, based in Southend.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Labour Party’s highly successful Trainee Organiser programme. During their time on the scheme they will learn to be Organisers through an intensive combination of on the job and classroom based training.
The successful candidates will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to work proactively with a variety of stakeholders, the ability to successfully plan projects and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
